Annissa Wallace
Board of Directors
Annissa Wallace is one of the newest ASAPC Board Members. She is the School Based Health Program Manager for Health Point, a Community Health Agency whose mission is to break down barriers to quality, whole person care in South King County. “I love applying our mission to the youth of the community I grew up in.”
As a parent of a child who utilized A Step Ahead services, Annissa knows firsthand how important early intervention is in Children with developmental delays. “A Step Ahead gave my daughter the kick start to life that she needed, and I am honored to sit on the Board of Directors to help ensure that other families in need receive the same support.”
When she’s not working or helping the community, Annissa and her husband John, enjoy game nights, time outdoors, and bowling with their two daughters and a pup named Jersey.
Annissa encourages future Board members to apply. “If you want to be a part of growing an amazing organization dedicated to supporting families and children during such an important developmental part of their lives, you would make a great BOD member!”
